Valve element clutch of hydraulic diverter valve is one of many Malfunction of Hydraulic control system. The reason and solution of valve element clutch of hydraulic diverter valve is concerned in the paper. Because Valve element clutch of hydraulic diverter valve is concerned with process of valve body and valve element, the process design of valve body and valve element is also concerned in the paper. The paper consists of six chapters, given as follows: Chapter 1 Introduction Hydraulic diverter valve is one of parts in Hydraulic system. Valve element clutch of hydraulic diverter valve is one of many Malfunction of Hydraulic control system. To solve this problem improving quality of valve body and valve element and controlling clearance is being at broad and home. Then a review about the research emphasis and research results of process of valve body and valve element at broad and home is given. The main research content of the paper is list at last. Chapter 2 Analysis of Valve element clutch of hydraulic diverter valve Valve element clutch of hydraulic diverter valve is often produced in Hydraulic control system. There are two kind of. Valve element clutch, mechanics clutch and Hydraulic clutch. By Analysis of Valve element clutch, We find that mechanics clutch is caused by poor quality of valve body and valve element when they are machined. Hydraulic clutch is caused by poor clearance of Hydraulic system. So solving mechanics clutch must control quality of valve body and valve element when they are machined. Solving Hydraulic clutch must control clearance of Hydraulic system. Based on testing and analyzing, Best tolerance of hydraulic diverter valve is provided by some scholar. Force caused by Valve element clutch is the smallest in the best tolerance. Time in which the force is set is the longest. Chapter 3 Analysis of machining process of valve body and valve element Whether the rough datum is selected right or not is very important for the allowance distribute of the machined surface and mutual position between the machined surface and rough surface. Commonly, the following requests should be met when we select rough datum of the valve body. 1.The holes of the valve body should have sufficient and even allowance. 2.The end surface should have sufficient and even allowance. The finish datum is selected with a view to ensuring every machined surface'mutual position of the valve body economically and reliably, commonly, the principles of "datum unification"and "datum superposition"should be considered. With regard to selection of machining method of each surface of the valve body, It should be confirmed elementarily basing on structure shape, size, precision, roughness, production scale, production practice and referring to economy precision and roughness of different machining method. The machining route of the valve body should obey the following principle: datum first then other; surfaces first then holes; big surfaces first then small surfaces; main first then minor. Chapter 4. Analysis of Valve clutch resulted from oil pollution Valve clutch resulted from pollution is one of the faults often happened, which hasbecame a main topic in discussion of pollution analysis due to can always lead to lagging, fault or even more terrible result. When valve working in the environment with certain extent of pollution, oil polluted can flow from high pressure cavity to the low pressure passing through the clearance between valve hole and rod caused by the existence of pressure difference, thus pollution grain blocked in the clearance and lead to the Valve clutch. This chapter mainly analyses the processes of pollution grain blocked in clearance and clutch produced. Chapter 5 Aid process and clearance controlling of hydraulic diverter valve Aid process and clearance controlling of hydraulic diverter valve include burring cleaning scale and washing. Aid process and clearance controlling of hydraulic diverter valve is introduced in the paper and conclusion is that aid process is important for Valve element clutch of hydraulic diverter valve. Chapter 6 Conclusion The chapter gives the main conclusion obtained in this paper.
