| Our country's urbanization is getting faster and faster, which leads to incessant expanding of urban land. Traditional method of city planning starts from the distribution of urban land for construction, and distribution of land for ecology bases on the distribution of urban land for construction, so it has no way to grasp the organic connection within ecosystem from the points of the whole region and it is also difficult for distribution of land for ecology to form a organic system. Mass urban land for construction developing disorderedly cuts off the continuity of natural organism, and does serious harm to environment, so if not controlled, it must lead to labefaction of human being's environment.The idea of"reverse planning"is just brought forward for the shortage of current developmental position of city and traditional urban planning of our country. It claims that it should be the first to plan the ecology infrastructure of the region and establish a secure Patten for landscape, then distribute all kinds of urban land for construction base on it. The article is just a practical study about"reverse planning".In the first part, the ideas of"reverse planning"and its background are brought forward.In the second part, the author anatomizes the concept system and expatiates the elementary principles, and on the basis of it, brings forward the train of thought,framework and step of city planning under the conduction of"reverse planning".In the third part, the author analyses the current condition of Kaiyuan-qinghe concordant region's ecological space, and finds out its main ecology problems.At last, each ecology problem is resolved especially by building and controlling the ecology infrastructure at the different space. Then make the organic connation within ecosystem of the region; the whole developing harmoniously and building secure Patten for landscape of the concordant region come true. And ensure the concordant region developing healthily and orderly.
