The transmission is the core of construction machinery in the running vehicle. Therefore, for vehicle, designing a gearbox that is effective, efficient and longevous, is the most pivotal work. And the gearbox will impact on the holistic efficiency of vehicle directly. The design of the transmission typed planetary gear power-shafted, is confirmed to treat with the idiocratic curve of engine and hydraulic torque-converter, through which we can find out their common work and figure out total and every gear radio of the gearbox. Then based on calculating structure parameter of gearbox, transmission radio of all gears, torque , braking moment and closedown moment of all components, we confirm characteristic parameters of every line and figure out transmission efficiency of every gear. According to transmission character of every line, we make sure central parameters of every line and every gear, and we check tension. Due to vast heat produced by fiction influenced the dynamic efficiency and operating life of gearbox, we check and figure out heat balance of gearbox through mathematical model based on heat transfer theory and structure of vehicle.On conventional engine vehicle gearbox, more ascendant transmission system will be designed by the research of this task.
