Locomotive turn-around is an important part of railing working. Locomotive turn-around diagram is the base of locomotive department organizing locomotive working. A method to locomotive turn-around problem working is put forward firstly according to the characteristic of it ,which is the Importance Standard Method. Importance standard method is a decision making by turn according to the importance of evidents. The algorithms to slove the non-pair locomotive turn-around problem are compared between the fixed job scheduling and the importance standard method. The algorithm and model and example to pair and non-pair locomotive turn-around problem are worked out according to the importance standard method. The matching of scheduling fligt, the locomotive turn-around problem, the high-speed train-set scheduling, the transportion scheduling and the water transportion scheduling are considered as a special assignment problem, whose expenses is time which is monotonicity and one-dimensional. so the importance standard method can making these problems. A sssumption to find out a better method to solve many difficult problems is put forward.The thought is led to the equations method,which is used to solve linear programming. |
