| Regular maintenance and monitoring have important and special effect on safety control of scaled serviced industrial workshops and provide primal safe guarantee to served industrial workshops. But in the present standard system there is a lack of criterion that is simple and used easily and can supervises maintenance and monitoring. State appraisal method of structure reliability of monolayer steel structure industrial workshops is developed and render academic gist for the establishment of maintenance and monitoring criterion.One batch of industry workshops are studied in this paper that belong to monolayer steel structures of Bao Steel. Selection principle based on control target, the target on status control is selected which can reflect the actual condition of workshop and is easily testable. By analyzing the column base displacement of workshop, the fractile of control target on insuring rate is obtained, and the equal log-probability is plotted. According to these equal probability plots, the criteria of classification of each control target are obtained finally. The paper constitutes the criteria of classification of superstructure to monolayer steel structures by the investigation and research of target on status control of superstructure, and the reference and gathering of expert's advice, which come from the national research, design and construction more twenty experts to collect the monitoring target opinion. Finally by evaluating the column base displacement and the criteria of classification of superstructure synthetically, the method on status control is constituted, which is suitable for routine maintenance and monitoring to the industry workshop of monolayer steel structures in our country, based on the existing standard system and the technical level of administrative person.The research content and payoffs of the paper supplies a new method to the appraisal of steel structure industrial workshops. Compared with the current appraisalmethod, the method is very suitable for the regular maintenance and monitoring of the industrial workshop, and makes up the scarce of the current system, and has a special function for the safety control of the industrial building. Basic idea and method also has some reference values for the safe control other types of mill structure. |
