This paper gives a new suspension non-disassembled testing method of double performance standard of bound percentage and damping ratio, according to analyse the current automobile suspension shock absorber performance testing and the error of bound percentage.Through the 1/4 mathematical model of automobile ,related figure theory, least square method, combing the technique of frequency-response function, created a performance testing software of automobile suspension shock absorber complying to current data collection system. At the same time, according to MATLAB SUMLIK, a 1/4 simulation model of automobile is built, Using the data get from Matlab simulation and put it in testing software ,the jesult is that the software can meeting the ask of non-disassembled testing. As a example, there is a test of bound percentage and damping ratio to a kind of car named Tonggong-SCQ6400.The main work for research:1. Establish 1/4 automobile suspension mathematical model, get a transfer function of wheel to the testing pressure when the inputs is a testing displacement.2. Using related figure principle to get the real frequency data, then combine with the least square method cognition to get the displacement of testing. The output is the transfer function of the wheel, at last get the bound percentage and damping ratio of suspension system.3. Using MATLAB SUMLINK to establish 1/4 automobile simulation model and prove the practical usage of this software.
