Research On Anchor Injection Techniques For Water Conveyance Tunnel Project And Applications

Based on the design of Diversion Lan River to Tang River water conveyance project ,Liaoning province, this paper deals with several technique questions of tunnel anchor injection design, and it consists of four parts.Part â… : Discusses the basic conditions of convey tunnels, and summarizes the basic theories of design and construction principles.Part â…¡: Based on the convey tunnel for Diversion Lan fiver to Tang river in Liaoning province, particularly introduces the settle measures of thc problcms which may be met during construction and design.Project analogy and elasto-plastic analysis are used according to different stratums and geological conditions which the convey tunnel will pass through. Anchor injection should be used separately according to different parts such as III grade and above rock mass zone, low-lying soil zone, and weak and cracked zone.According to the characteristic of the project, construction monitor cross setions and contents were layed out pertinently, the monitor results showed that after anchor injection support, the deformation of surrounding rocks can be restricted efficiently, and the tunnel was stable.When studies the underdig zone of the tunnel, according to the tunnel utilization request and present construction situation, through the establishment of contrast models, the theory technology contrast, and the economical analysis, this paper put forward the technology of shotcrete, which reduces the coefficient of roughness of the tunnel by adjusting the degree of irregularity of the concrete surface, and enhances the discharge ablity of tunnel. And this paper also calculated and forecasted the coefficient of roughness of the tunnel, and proposed the reasonable control measures. Thus, the problem of underdiging which was frequently met during the construction of anchor injection tunnel can be well solved.It is proved that the measures are feasible,and it gives a new way to the design.
