In this paper, it has described the magnetic machine's developing history and actuality, and has illuminated the characteristics, principle and structure of the permanent magnetic gear. The ways to solve the magnetism and torque have been worked out by using FEAM and integral equation method. Base on these, FEA software has been used to analyze 2D magnetism, also different structure parameters' infection to the torque has been analyzed in the paper.Base on the theory model of ordinary gear, the permanent magnetic gear transmission dynamics model has been set up and simplified by some hypothesis. The ways of solving nonlinear equation have been discussed. After work out the parameters of the dynamic model, the simulation model of the system has been set up in similink system. Run the simulation model and gain the corresponding results. Some characteristics of the permanent thulium gear transmission system have been studied by analyzing the simulation results.A comparative integrate model for analyzing the permanent magnetic transmission gear system and the method of setting up it has been set up in theory. The theory could help for designing and manufacturing the permanent magnetic gear transmission system in some extent.
