| The difficulty of structural topology optimization cannot be compared with the difficulty of structural size or shape optimization. Research progresses slowly. Since topology optimization brings significant material saving, more concern has been paid by engineers and scientists in this direction. In the real loading history of structures, all the forces are dynamic loads. It is necessary to conduct the research work of topology optimization on the reliability of structures. There is few research concerns the dynamic response and reliability of structures in the topology optimization at the same time.This paper studies the topology optimization of bar system. After comparing the optimal results of frame and truss structures, the similarity is presented. Therefore, we can obtain the topology optimal results of frame structures from the topology optimal results of truss structures. The computing time is saved.We also present a method for the structural topology optimization under dynamic loads based on reliability and have got good results. As for the efficiency, the Quadratic Programming is used as the optimization tool. The Pseudo Excitation Methods and Precise Time Integration Algorithm are used to get the dynamic response, which insure the computing precision.
