Not only the specialities of structure and characters of material,but also the featuresof operation and characters of absorbing heat are stated on the final superheater in theelectric power station.The usual types of damage on the final superheater are alsodisccused.After the model of heat transfer is set up in accordance with the theorys ofheat transfer,in terms of flue gas and hydrodynamic condition,the laws of heat load arestudied both along boiler width and at different loops on the same panel ,as well as thespecialities of distribution about tube wall temperature are studied ,further, the causes oftube bursting-overheating are anlaysed by the theorys of surplus rotating abouttangential firing burners at 4 corners and by the theorys of the same panel's heatdifference on parallel connected complex loops.According to the actual condtions of the equipment, the calculation methods aboutthe same panel's heat difference and the calculation methods of the flow ratedifference ,which can be applied in the actural project ,are built up,also the value methods ofthe reform on burners and the calculation methods of tube wall temperature to superheatersin boilers are founded. After that, the complex reform projects emphasized on the finalsuperheater, combined with the burners are brought forward ,at the same time, economy ofthem is anlaysed. On the basis of above theories, the projects are put into fact ,also the test databefore and after the reform are contrsted and anlaysed.The effects achieve the expectedaims. |
