Thrift of the energy and control of harmful matter discharge has already become the leading direction of technical development of the internal-combustion engine. The common-rail (CR) electronically controlled variable valve system is one of the most effective technologies to enhance the engine performance and reduce harmful matter. By analyzing several kinds of advanced electronically controlled variable valve system, a new kind of medium pressure and common-rail hydraulically intensified electronically controlled variable valve system of diesel and the experiment bench for its performance have been developed in this paper, and research on the performance of electronically controlled variable valve system has carried on. In the new system, lubricating oil is used for working medium, cancels mandrels and rocker arms of the traditional diesel engine mixes the angry organization . In this system, the adjustment of the valve timing and lift could be realized through the controlling of the pressure in the common-rail system and the dwell time of solenoid, to meet the need of the diesel in different conditions.At first, the impact on the diesel engine performances of the variable valve has been investigated. Then regards the mixing angry system of 2135G diesel engines as the research object, have designed and trial-produced the drive organization of electronically controlled variable valve system. Designed the energy storing device for the medium pressure and common-rail hydraulically intensified source, have improve systematic performance, has set up the experiment bench this system.The performance of the system has been researched deeply by experiments, from which, plenty of rules have been obtained, and the way to adjust valve timing, lift and duration has been put forward. Through the research on the dynamically respond characteristic of the electronically controlled variable valve system, the valve seating velocity in the HAECVVS is found to be lower under conditions of high and low speed of the diesel engine;the results obtained By analyzing systematic stability, adaptability and controllability of the parameter show that the system has goodstability, the parameter is regulated flexibly, and can meet the need of different rotational speeds, especially applies to moderate speed diesel engine.Rebuild the Valve system for Diesel engine 2135G,have designed the air-meter and carried on the preliminary test on the real engine, measured the air flow;through calculating, obtained the efficiency of Electronically controlled valve system;through the measurement of the pressure in the jar, obtain the impact on compression ratio of the valve delaying angle.Finally, some conclusions about the development of medium pressure and common-rail hydraulically intensified electronically controlled variable valve system are summarized and some ideas about how to reform the system are provided.
