In the underground engineering, the tunnel become the engineering personnel's concerning focus, because of the worse surrounding rock ,big transformation and the emergence of the big-span tunnel .It need more deeply study for characteristics of big-span roadingway just like big transformation and the high construction difficulty.Based on a great deal of material,this thesis discussed the theories analysis process of the weaken tunnel.The supervision of the surrounding rock measure is the most important part of the exaction methods, the author analyse the all measured items and the currently stability standard of the surrounding rock, get some benificial conclusions. Aimed at the characteristics of the weeken rounds rock tunnel stability, analyzing to affect it's stabilty of main factors, in this foundation select the factors of different excavations that affect to the soft rock stabilty deeply, make use of the ANYSYS procedure carry on the numberical imitation to combining the concrete engineering , and analyse the stress field and the displacement field of the surrounding rock make a conclusion that more excavating steps are not acturally in keeping with the big-span and soft round rock .As to the character that the tunnel arch crest sink is the view body of the tunnel surrounding rock mechanics behavior,and also to the most important item, according to the analysis of the common Grey-Model, get the Grey-Model that suit to the tunnel displacment forecast (espicial suiting to the arch crest sinking).The study indicate that the Verhulst-Model Is the model that near to in the forecast model suit to the tunnel displacement developping regulation, and have the good adaptability of the tunnel dispacement development of short date and the finial transformation forecast.
