| Temperature is a very important parameter in the running of boiler. The traditional hearth burning status watch equipments such as thermocouple and industrial TV have so much disadvantage, they couldn't meet the needs of boilers' economical and safe running. Using the instruments which can measure the boilers' temperature field in fix quantify is the developmental trend for the future. Therefore, the study of the instruments that can measure the boilers' temperature field in fix quantify have a very important meaning for improving the security and economy of the boilers' running. This article bases on the hot radialization theory and the colored CCD imaging theory, study the temperature measuring method of temperature field, and combining digital image disposing technique, design a suit of flame temperature measuring system.The paper indicates the theory and the tricolor temperature measure method and how can the method to be realized. The chapter two and chapter three are the foundation of the paper. In these two chapters, the physical process of boiler flame combustion and radiation and the tricolor method using colored CCD theory are studied. Mathematical model is constructed in order to explain the physical mechanism of flame temperature detection in boiler using CCD camera directly. Image processing such as neighborhood Average smoothing method is used to reduce the image noises, and pseudo-color image processing technique is used to show the picture of temperature field. The chapter four is mainly about the hardware and software of this system. This system can realize the temperature measurement and display of the boiler. |
