Craniotomy, cordis operation and transplantoperation and the like need carry out in it. But because of the whirlpool in the borderarea of the local uni direction patten cleanroom, some airflow will break in whenopening the door, and perhaps will contaminate the critical area. More serious effect isthe pressure distribution of the whole surgery area will be destroyed. This paper willstudy the range of the inbreak airflow, the degree of the effects on the pressuredistribution and the application of excess pressure damper to BCOR. This paper willstudy the above-mentioned points by CFD simulation and experiment.Many people think that excess pressure damper is not fit for BCOR because ofcross infection. In fact, the real cause is part of return air from corridor. But there aremany forms of excess pressure damper can be used, both for return air and for exhaustair. If we use exhaust excess pressure damper in BCOR, the risk of cross infectionwill be avoided. This paper will analyse the principle and type of excess pressuredamper and it's application in surgery area. Many facts prove it is a good pressurecontrol method. It is a simple mechanical control method and need no energy. It isalso an instant, cheap and efficient pressure control method. It is adapt to our country.Domestic bypass studies mentioned the effect of door-opening to the cleanlinesslevel and pressure, but there is no deep research for the range of the effect. Overseasstudies are only about the planar range. This paper firstly aims at the threedimensional range. CFD simulation and experiment give a credible result. The rangeis about 2 meter at 1.5 meter high. This paper also will study the pressure distributionin the surgery area by CFD simulation.The effect of door-opening to negative pressure operating room, isolation ward,especially to P3, P4 laboratory is more serious than to normal operating room becausea little leak is also deleterious. The study of this paper is valuable to the latter study tothese environments. |
