| In construction industry, repeated loading is a common type of loading, however, relevant research on foundation's nonlinear consolidation under repeated loading are comparatively rare. Given the above situation, this paper carries out a test research to study the compress and deformation characteristics of soft clay and sandy soil;besides, this paper also carries out an in-depth theoretical analysis on single-layer foundation's nonlinear one-dimensional consolidation, together with considering the change of permeability and compressibility along with time.First, a lab repeated loading test is carried out based on actual project data, and relevant compressibility parameters of soil's one-dimensional consolidation are obtained;Second, based on the empirical expressions of e ~ logσ' and e ~ logk_v, this paper obtains the nonlinear one-dimensional consolidation equation, and solves the equation with numerical method. By writing a computer program, a comparison and validation is carried out between the numerical solution and existent analytical solutions;Last, considering the change of compressibility index along with repeated loading, this paper carries out an analysis of single-layer foundation's nonlinear consolidation characteristics, average consolidation degree, effective stress and pore pressure. After the test and theoretical analysis, the author makes the conclusion that it is necessary to consider the change of compressibility index along with repeated loading. |
