Study On Water Resources Information Portal Oriented To Water Resources Application Integration

Water resources informatization has been becoming a strategy measure which resolve new century water problems, realize the conversion from the engineering water conservancy to resource one and realize the transformation from traditional water conservancy to modern and sustainable development water conservancy, and which is the foundation and precondition of realizing water resources scientific management, efficient utilization and effective conservancy. Considering the problems faced the water resources informatization such as "Information Island", "Data Island", "Function Island", integration and sharing of data information, this paper puts forward to build water resources information portal that can realize water conservancy information sharing and application integration, planning to use the advantage of water resources information portal to resolve the existing problems during water informatization process.Firstly, this pager introduces the concept of water resources information portal, analyses the research signification and shows its roles in water resources informatization process. Secondly, it studies two standards JSR 168 and WSRP of portal and expounds the architecture of water resources information portal and the related core technologies, such as personalized custom technology, single sign-on technology and content management technology.
