It has improved the ability to defend natural calamity effectively, has promoted the development of national economy and offered powerful support for sustainable development of national economy. So far, about 500,000 pumping stations have been built, among which are over 300 large pumping stations. With the development of the national economy and the start of the south-to-north water transferring project, more and more large pumping stations will be built. Suspending period is an important running characteristics of large low-lift pumping stations. But the research about the characteristics is very little, and it can not fit the demands that have been presented in the actual projects,so it is necessary to make studies on the the suspending period.Rapid-drop is the important cut-off valve in pumping station project. The " stop" of stop gate mainly is when water pump shuts down requests to cutting off water promptly, protects the main engine to pump reliably. Therefore, the stop gate whether security, fast the whereabouts, regarding do protect the main engine to pump are very important, moreover, stop gate overhaul convenient, the hydraulic loss is little, may save the project investment, is one kind more ideal cut-off valve in pump station.This article according to the actual application of Rapid-drop gate, meanwhile combine the entire characteristics test of pump model which was developed on the high accuracy pump model test platform of the south-to-north water transferring project water the model, mainly includes the water pump operating mode, the water pump applies the brake the operating mode and the hydraulic turbine operating mode, take a runner as the object, makes 3 to place the angle to 5 leaf blades the entire characteristics test. With the numerical simulation commonly used SUTER curve expression, establishes the database, with the rigid water hummer theory andhydraulic characteristics, this paper has improved the boundary condition equation at pump during the suspending period, and drew a simplified mathematical model to calculate the shuting time of rapid-drop gate. |
