| With the development of technology of the electrical machinery,the grade of output power and voltage of the high voltage induction motor are becoming higher and higher.In order to guarantee product quality,all electrical machineries need to be carried on the pattern test and factory output testing.So to develop a sets of the high voltage induction motor automatic testing system with high accuracy and automatization to raise production efficiency,lighten working intensity and raise product quality is significant.This paper introduces a sets of automatic testing system used for high voltage induction motor.The entire system includes data processing and displaying with the compute module,fielding data gathereing module and intelligent display instrument and communication module.The first module is made up of data storing and outputing,picture drawing and data counting.This module can also produce the experiment report automatically.The second module is used to gathere testing data,such as three-phase voltage,three-phase current,power,frequency,power factor and the temperature of high voltage electrical machinery.The last module is responsible for the display and transmission of the testing data.The softwares VB6.0 and VC6.0 are selected as the platform to design the automatic testing system for the high voltage induction motor.And parts of system used for data management ,inquiry,report form producing and printing is designed based on this system using the COM technology.And the software Access of Microsoft and Excel are also used in this system.This paper discuss every experimental project and testing mehods detailed.In the testing systems,the result of testing are used to produce the characteristics performance line of high voltage induction motor or the testing reports as factory's finally experiment report by using MATLAB.The measurement precision and accuracy of data processing are improved by using this system. And the experimental labour intensity and test periods are also reduced.Especially according to test data while acting as some analysis, human factor impact on result are reduced This systemrealize computer test automatically ,data processing really greatly,curve drawing and experiment report producing automatically really . |
