On the basis of summarizing the existing large-span slab structure forms, this article made a nonlinear finite-element analysis for the Large span board.This board entended the current multi-ribbed board,it can lighten the deadweight,augment the span, and the stuffing between the beam also can level off the bottom of the board, so it unnecessary to make ceiling again and the construction becomes so expediently. With FEM, this article studied engineering mechanism and distortion character, under vertical load, of the Large span board, so it is of the high theoretical and applicant value. By using general purpose finite element program-ANSYS, This article made a nonlinear finite-element analysis and practical mechanican analysis model, at the same time, considering the nonlinear character of the reinforced concret and the contact. From the comparison of the Large span with stuffing and without stuffing, analysised the effect of stuffing to the cracking load and distortion when the deadweight of stuffing was considered, and offered the value of contribution to stiffness, meanwhile offered the distributing and development of the crack, the distributing of stress, and the character of stress and distortion on the interface. Among all effects to the interface, contact cohesion and friction coefficient is most importance, so this article made analysis and comparison, offered some conclusion and suggestion, gave some corresponding measure, all those can be consulted by model-experiment and design.
