| CFRP has been widely used for construction reinforcement for over ten years. Considering its booming market, research on it has a very practical meaning.Dedicated to doing a general study on the steel structure reinforced by CFRP , the article introduces the felt and destroy mechanism and the design principal of the felt structure first ,then it probes into the effect and properties of the composite system . The article does the following work, mainly on steel plate beams ,making reference to experiments carried out by Wuhan Changjiang Reinforcement Techniques co., Ltd .According to the criterion , the article examines the cooperative performance of steel plate working together with CFRP and cementing medium by fatigue experiment.It compares the reinforcement effect such as the increase of yield strength > ultimate strength and the improvement of rigidity of various typical reinforcements and the properties of the composite system by pure bending tests . Also it makes effective simulation of the experiments by means of FEA software ANSYS .The article works out the accurate binding stress distributing in lap joints to better understand the way that steel delivers force of the load on the composite beam to CFRP through cementing medium, and better to analyse the felt destroy of the binding.Wishing the article is helpful to practical projects . |
