| For a long time, Aesthetics keeps away from those applied subjects as pure literae humaniores. Maybe peoples have forget the indiscerptible relation between Aesthetics and social production. Aesthetic value of applied products had not be revealed, until creature comfort has be pursued by people.In fact, the development of Aesthetics can't be alone. This article uses the Aesthetics and cars (Mercedes-Benz) in 20th century as research type, in order to explain the relationship which seem irrelevant.In this article, the author has discussed the trend of Aesthetics and BENZ in 20th century as a recollection, the familial similarity of Aesthetics and BENZ as actuality, and a life-formed trend as foreground.In the second chapter, the author recalled the develop course in 20th's Aesthetics and its appearance or character. On the other hand, author has summed up the history of BENZ, in order to offer the next chapter a necessary precondition.The third chapter is the most important part in this article. Firstly, the author set out the theory which was used as a base (upper Wittgenstein and his familial similarity theory). Then, the author analyzed the different layers in the two domains on Aesthetics and BENZ of the 20th century. Finally, this article applied familial similarity theory in auto styling.The last chapter summarized the total article. The author dropped out some ideas about the future car styling. The concept which was offered by the two design work aimed to show the value of these ideas.The total article was tried to catch the trend. Maybe this trend can only be regarded as a feasibility. |
