With the innovation of heat supply in our country, the household about central heating of household-based metering is popular step by step, in it an issue is noteworthy: it is the accurate ascertain of household-based heating load calculation if concered the influence of the heat transfer for neighbor. The dissussion has direct influence on the effect of heat supply, the efficiency of the investment, the effective using of the energy sources. This article simulates the temperate field in typical household about central heating of household-based metering combining with experiment, depending on the study of the internal and overseas, wishes to give some thoughts and advices for problems mentioned before. This article selects three conjoint floors in a typical household about central heating of household-based metering in xi'an city, tests its concerned parameters when the heat transfer occurred, depending on it, uses FLUENT and its grid meshing software GAMBIT to simulate the airflow of the object, compares its result with the data of the experiment in three aspects: the analysis of the airflow's character, the area-weighted average of the air temperate, the heating load of the radiator and all parts of the household. In conclusion, it proves the reliability of the FLUENT in simulating the airflow mentioned in this article with the character of complex shapes, high Ra number, turbulent and pure natural convection, thus gives a method on acquiring the number of the household-based heating load and heat transfer for neighbor. At last, to a two-dimensional, simply model, comaring and analyzing its household-based heating load and heat transfer for neighbor on some familiar conditions.
