Optimal Plan Of Cutting Stock Nesting

The Cutting Stock Nesting exists in many field of in prduction,a good solution of the Nesting Problem mayincrease material utility,improve enterprise benefit,and make enterprise competitively. The dissertation can be mainly divided into two parts.In the first part,a closely study is done on the Nesting Problem.From mathematics'calculate complexity,the Nesting Problem belongs to Nondeter ministic polynomial completed problem,it is hard to find the optimum solution.Through investigation and analysis to a great range of article on the Nesting Problem,the paper put forward to an improved optimum algorithm.In the second part, the optimal Nesting system based on windows environment is developed through a great research on the optimum algorithm.Delphi is a powerful windows application-developing tool,using Delphi7 the nesting algorithm is realized.And nesting data manage ,layout calculation , layout result exporting to AutoCAD are also realized by database.
