At present ,fiame,oil shower ,electric stove heating or mechanical methods are used to dismantle the excessive matched parts such as bearings .however ,by using these methods ,not only too much energy has been wasted (power, oil),but also the effect is not perfect .(sometimes even causing discard).in this paper ,a new equipment is recommended to dismantle the excessive matched parts. It is suggested in this paper that induction heating should be used to dismantle the bearings.on the basis of the analysis of analysis of induction heating principle, the author explains the great importance of whirling current field calculation in the industrial design calculation of induction heating ,expounds the performances and development of the magnetizers ,discusses the factors to be taken into consideration in choosing power frequency for induction heating during the process of through heating. in this paper ,a mathematical is developed to describe the distribution of electromagnetic field and eddy current density in the long solid cylinder billet of induction heating by Maxwell's equations, according to the mechanism of induction heating ,moreover ,the figures of the electromagnetic and eddy current density are obtained with the help of MATLAB and ANSYS software. The skin effect and the distribution of electromagnetic field are described clearly in induction heating. The results show that the finite element analysis results inosculate with the result of theory very well.
