Abstract/Summary:
The mine dumping truck is the important transporting equipment of a modern mine. The frame is the key part of the mine dumping truck, its structure is complicated, the service condition is abominable. The quality of the frame influenced the service life of the completed truck directly, reflected the engineering level of the completed truck at the same time. In the past, with unload frame is it can only make with mechanics of materials method simple part calculate to design mine dumping truck. At present, use the finite element software to calculate mine dumping truck whole stress, local stress, rigidity out of shape under the typical operating mode of the frame. In order to master the structure characteristic of the mechanics characteristic of the frame of Model 3303B mine dumping truck in an all-round way, this text go on three-dimensional geometry model to set up frame, set up frame intensity rigidity finite element, completed car of rank analyse models on this basis, and the static stress and testing in the factory dynamically to the frame. Method of simplifying of the frame three-dimensional geometry model was discussed. The simple method is: First, replace the round angle into the oblique angle; Second, leave out the apertures of the unimportant district and little size detail structure; Third, leave out the unnecessary round angle; Fourth, leave out the craft structure; The last one is to simplify the little size detail structure in the area not hazardous. The shape of the longeron of the frame is sectional case, there are four to foundries in the longeron and crossbeam junction, it needed to use the three-dimensional entitative unit to divide the net considering of the whole frame. In this paper the hexahedron isoparametric with 20 joint unit and the tetrahedron isoparametric unit with 10 joint was selected. Beam, link and spring unit was selected to simulate the fore-and-aft bridge system, tire and oil gas hang system. Concentrate quality unit was selected to simulate the quality of the engine, gearbox, carriage, cab and fuel tank. An important link while analysing the structure of the frame is border condition. Thus the restraint function of A shelf, tire and oil gas spring on the frame has been studied in this paper. The floating degree of freedom in X, Y, Z axis was restrained in the interface of the tire and ground. The static load of the frame is mainly the quality of the part above frame and quality of loading. The static quality was multiplied by the load coefficient while the dynamic stress to calculate, calculate the equivalent static behavior. The stress and deformation of the frame under the conditions of static and one tire was hang in the air. The stress and deforms of the frame under loaded in the side direction, loads vertically and loads vertically was calculated according to ISO3471. The finite element model for the mode analysis was set up, the 10 stepses of natural frequency and shaking type of the frame was calculated. The following conclusions were gotten through analysis and calculation: I) The internatioanlly agreed finite element analysis software ANSYS is apply the intensity analysis of the frame of the mine dumping truck. II) The stress and deformation of the frame under the conditions of static and one tire was hang in the air. The result indicates the frame meets the designing requirement. III) The calculational methods of the loaded function of the overturned protected structure to the frame was studied. The stress and deforms of the frame under loaded in the side direction, loads vertically and loads vertically was calculated according to ISO3471. The result indicates the stress that the frame loads in the side direction is greatest, and this stress nears the limit of fracture of the frame material, so the frame of this operatingmode should strengthen the part. IV) The mode of the frame of 3303B mine dumping truck was analyzed, the 10 stepses of natural frequency and shaking type of the frame was calculated, the result indicated that the crooked rigidity of this truck is greater than the rigidity of turning back. V) The frame stress competence and deformation under various kinds of working conditions were analyzed, this offered the basis for grasping the structure characteristic and improving the design plan of the frame. The test and study of static and dynamic stress of 3303B mine dumping truck was done in the factory. The test data under static condition and finite element analysis result have been compared, the consistency of the two fruit is better thus the rationality of the finite element analysis of the frame was verified.
