The telescoping control technique depends on the structure of the telescoping mechanism while the telescoping mechanism technique affects the boom weight and overall machine performance directly as well as the development of boom and even the whole crane. So famous foreign companies always pay more attention to the development of the telescoping mechanism and have the own patent techniques. This paper is devoted to researching the telescoping system with single cylinder and pinning, which is the crucial technique by which the high-performance, lower prices big-ton crane can be made. Using the PLC programmable control technique basing on the CAN bus technology, the soft and hard ware if designed aiming at the electronic control part of the whole control system. Specification matching calculations are made for the main hydraulic components such as the main pump, valves and oil cylinder and some main static specifications in the system are also calculated. Meanwhile the system model and dynamic simulation are made for the main parts of hydraulic system influencing the capacity and the specific advices are given for the adjustment of key specifications. |
