A Study On Network Management And Security Policy For Train Traffic Control System

Along with the comprehensive advancement in the railroad span development, the rapid development in the railroad information technology, the network technology and the widespread application, the national economy and the social information construction advancement speeds up, with the aid of the network to dissemination harmful information, the virus invasion, the network attack, the network crime is day by day serious, safeguards the network and the information security of the railroad information system faced with the new challenge. This paper and our continuing study are properly based on the requirement and the characteristic about such applications.Firstly, the paper provides the basic technologies of the network management and the network security, including the concept, the elements and the functions of the network management system, and introduces the secrecy, distinguish and the firewall etc.Secondly, the paper describes the architecture design of the network management system in detail, including analyzing the target and the function of the system, the base of the system architecture design, and so on. And it gives the network management system architecture on the basis of comparing some network management platforms and technologies.Thirdly, beginning with the analyze of the security hazard, the paper introduces the function of the security management, including its a multi-layer secure structure which consists of firewall, intrusion detection and inner security policy, and set their functions.Finally, the paper shows the other function realization of the networkmanagement system, including the configuration management, the fault management and the performance management.
