Scientific researchers are gradually finding that it is possible to diagnose and cure some nerve system diseases by using electromagnetic technology since 1980s. Therefore, the influence of electromagnetic stimulation to biological body, especially to nerve transmembrane potential, has become a hot focus in the field of current biological medical engineering. The first half part of the paper mainly discusses and describes the research developing process of nerve electrophysiology and the knowledge needed on electromagnetism, math and biologics in the study field of biological electrotechnics. The second half part of the paper detailedly discusses and describes that the author himself studies and gets three new research results on the basis of some results that the forerunner got. (1) The author gets the analytical solution of the successive unmyelinated nerve cable equation under the adscititious stimulation by using the transformation of Laplace and Furrier. Comparing to the former methods of value computation, this method is more suitable for being programmed( it just needs one order line when we use the software of Matlab). It is comparative easy to control the error within the scope project allows. Finally, the author founds a model of spot electric source stimulation, models the curve of transmembrane potential, proves that the theory of activating function of Rattay's is true, and discusses the possibility on activating action potential. (2) The author also gets the activating function computation formulation of the inner biological tissues of the finite length cylinders, by using the theory of electromagnetics and the method of math and physics. Comparing to the former studies, the author believes that the biological tissues are finite long cylinders instead of infinite ones. Thus, by using this method, the activating function computation formulation we get is more precise than those former ones, at last author emulate this model by using computer. (3) By using the same method like used in the above (2), the paper gets the computation formulation of the activating function of the layered coaxial cylinders. Although this model of math and physics still regards the cylinder as an infinite one, it considers the influences of skin, muscle tissues, especially the bone. Accordingly, it is quite close to the conditions of human beings.
