Diagnose that technology is used widely in each field, such as machinery, petrochemical industry, electron, energy, communications and transportation, Aero-Space, military affairs and so on. The target wrap up and expand rotatory machinery, reciprocate the machinery, procedure industry, processing course, instrument and apparatus etc. Because rotatory machinery is all trades and professions a kind of machinery at most rotate the equipment, so, diagnose that the question is a hot subject that rotates the equipment and diagnoses technical research all the time in trouble of rotatory machinery. The group of the steam turbine is the large-scale rotatory machinery, and the use is very extensive, diagnose that the question has caused the great attention of unit concerned and personnel in its trouble.Aiming at the problems of the Magnetism Memory Technology, this paper study the theories of Magnetic Memory, the analysis of the Magnetic Memory signal, the influence factors of the Magnetic Memory Testing effect . A large number of blades of Steam Turbines are practical tested with existing theories, instruments and accessorial signal analysis software of the Magnetic Memory.Main works in this text include :1 The mechanism of the Magnetism Memory Technology is studied.2 The application study of the Magnetism Memory Technology. The concrete application study of the Magnetism Memory Technology on the Blades of Steam Turbines is carried out in this paper. Through analysis on turbine's construction, load condition, broken form, current examination means, it is found that the Magnetism Memory Technology is a valid method of diagnosing the Blades of Steam Turbines.3 The method of testing in field is studied.4 On the basis of experimental study, Steam Turbines are tested and it's deduced that different turbine's structure has different dangerous part and has different important testing and analysis zone. The dangerous parts of the rotor with straps primarily distribute in the end several classes of the blades and straps; The stress concentration parts in the rotor with pulling metal primarily distribute in the root of the blades and in the pulling metals, particularly in the pulling metals. These parts are important signal analysis parts as well as important parts tested.5 Data-base of testing software is opened up, which helps user easier to use.
