| Because of in strength, hydraulic technology is widely applied to all kinds of automatic environments. The combination of the microelectronic, computer technology and the hydraulic technology push the hydraulic technology into a new developing phase, which makes the mechanic and the electronic more inter-grated, makes the hydraulic more blocking, more intelligence and makes more internetized. The digital cylinder is a high-technology product and an intercross technology, which concerned computer, microelectronic, sensor, mechanic, hydraulic technology. The knowledge of machinery, computer, electric, automation and fluid fields, etc., is applied comprehensively in this paper, to make a relatively deep reservation on the digital cylinder. The article analysis the traditional digital cylinder and points out some deficiencies in it: can not compensate to the changes of velocity and displacement, reasoned by the system temperature, the load, the inner leak, the dead band, etc, then proposes the creative design of the digital cylinder that combining photoelectric encoder to measure the cylinder's distance. The article researches on and designs a closed loop control of digital cylinder measured by the photoelectric encoder, it's mechanical structure and the optimized course, it's control electronic loop and PLC programme, it's simulative experiment, in virtue of the MCGS configuration software to finish designing the function emulation of the digital cylinder control system on the computer. The digital cylinder put forward in this paper adept closed loop control system, effectively compensates to the changes of the velocity and displacement, reasoned by the system temperature, the load, the inner leak, the dead band, and bring more precision. The result of this paper provides theory reference for the person who works over the digital cylinder. This paper systemically and comparatively summarizes the characteristic of traditional and existent digital cylinders. It provides abundant and full-scale knowledge of the digital cylinder. |
