| The project originates from the National Natural Science Foundation of China Plan, named "The Research on New Conic Cycloidal Gear Planetary Transmission"(No. 50375159). The new conic cycloidal gear planetary transmission is a new type precision transmission, it was brought forward based on the fact cycloidal gear corresponding series variation-extent cycloid is isometric cure with the needle radius of cycloidal needle wheel planetary transmission changed. It has some special traits such as high transmission precision, good bearing capacity, high contact stiffness, low cost of conversion. So there are very broad foregrounds in many industry areas such as precision transmission, robot, medical treatment instrument, weapon mounting. The paper focuses on the manufacturing key technologies of new conic cycloidal gear planetary transmission's mesh parts. The work of this thesis is one of the important parts of the NSFC plan project. Major contents of the thesis as follows: 1) According to the new conic cycloidal gear planetary transmission's mesh parts'tooth characteristic, the theory research was done for using finger-prick tool machine mesh parts, and brought out "form numerical control"cutting method. 2) Based on the analysis the status of grinding cycloidal gear, researched on the machine method of hard tooth surface conic cycloidal gear and conic-arc-inner gear, and brought forward the "form numerical control"girding method. 3) According to the results of theory research, simulated the kinematic progress of machine conic cyloidal gear and conic-arc-inner gear with the help of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire software; then participated in the manufacturing of prototype model. 4) Using DMIS language, programmed DMIS control programs dead against new conic cycloidal gear planetary transmission mesh parts; and measured new conic cycloidal gear planetary transmission mesh parts on the ZC1066H coordinate measuring machines. 5) Adopting cure contour assess and differentiate method, analyzed the measuring data, get the pith error, pitch cumulate error and tooth profile error. |
