The shearing instrument of laser light-scattering, as the credible research technique at present in the world, is applied for study on the form and micro-structure of polymers in the process of manufacture. The results can provide the experimental and theoretical evidence for designing and processing the multiphase polymer materials.The shearing instrument have been exploited JQY-0 type completed by the research group. The aim of this paper is to develop a new type of shearing cell which includes the control system for the temperature and movement precisely.Using the mechatronical technique I improved the shearing cell of JQY-1 type based on JQY-0 type. The originally separate design of down-mainboard is replaced by unitary design; Mostly parts' material adopt aluminium instead of stainless steel; I improved the structure of spacing adjustment and design of accessories. The shearing-cell is portable,esay to installed and boost up the function and stability after improving.According to the characteristics of high-temperature furnace ,this thesis add subsection control to primary system which successfully overcome the shortcomings. Subsection of control parameter is used to reach high accuracy in the range of full scale.The control precision reaches ±0.2℃ from room temperature to 250℃.To optimize the program, the paper adopted PID controller. The system divides the heat procedure into two phases which are start-up phase and ascend phase. In start-up phase, relatively larger heat power will make controlled objects' temperature rise rapidly. In ascend phase, we could trace the given temperature with the PID control program and adopt to the changed practical environment by adjusting control parameters. The regulation of tmperature is more stable and the effect is well.I have done the experiments and debug of the instrument. Each functionwas detected and experimented with polymers (PP,PE ,PEO) .Then the instrument was checked and accepted in changchun.
