The heat pump system does not need any artificial resource, it can replace the traditional heating and cooling way such as coal boiler, city heating net and centrality air-condition system. And it does not let any exhaust gas, waste water and waste residue. The system is a green technology and it bring people far away from powder and bad environment.We research and analyse the water resource air-condition heat pump system's technique principle, constitutes, conditionally, economical benefit, environmental benefit and application. We found that compare with the traditional centrality air-condition system the heating pump system is excellence in investment, the operation fee and environmental benefit.Our research is base on Qingdao's situation and the example of using sea water resource heating pump in Qingdao, it can provide the theory support to extend the green environmental technology, prevent the atmosphere pollution and improve the atmosphere environmental quality.
