Design And Experiment Of Induced Cold Air Distribution System

With the rapid development of our country's economy, the course of city modernization is speeded up and people's living standard is obviously improved, Because the center air-conditioning system is used in all kinds architecture, which needs a lot of electricity, the ratio in the whole electro-capacity is larger and larger. The influence to the electricity web is more and more prominence, especially the electro-character prick up the disequilibrium of electro-quantity in apex and paddy. At this background, the technology of ice thermal storage is developed quickly because it is good for equilibrium of the electro-quantity of apex and paddy. Because the initial investment of "pure" ice thermal storage air-conditioning system is larger than the conventional air-conditioning system, and the technology of combining the ice thermal storage and cold air distribution air-conditioning could make the first investment reduce greatly, especially the quality of air and the comfort in the air-conditioning environment is better than the general air-conditioning because the humidity is reduced. But if using the common intake in the cold air distribution system some problems such as production of dew , the cold air subside before one's time and local super-cooling. So designed induced cold air distribution and solve above problems are stare our in the face. The successful appliance will greatly promote the development of ice thermal storage and cold air distribution.The paper reviewed the history of ice thermal storage and cold air distribution ,and the recent situation of some developed countries applying ice thermal storage and cold air distribution. Analyzed some problems of cold air distribution, introduced the principle and calculation method of air flow and air induced, designed the prototypes of induced mix box and induced zoom duct, improved the cold air diffuser, and worked out the detailed test plan. Ice thermal storage and cold air distribution system lab was build according to the requirements of low temperature air supply. Experimental study on these prototypes have been done, and the experimental data was analyzed. Those results showed that the ratio of induced mix box is large enough and may meet the requirement of cold air distribution, but the structure of induced zoom needs to be improved. The improvement to the cold air diffuseracquired anticipative effect.This paper summarizes the experiment study of induced cold air distribution, and presents some suggestions to induced cold air distribution.
