Coal-water slurry is a type of low pollution, high efficiency, perfect liquidity fuel as a substitution for oil.In order to diminish the cost and improve the benefit of the chemical enterprise, one 75t/h high temperature and high pressure coal-water slurry boiler was created by Nantong Boiler Manufactory, which was commissioned by the Organic Synthetical Factory of Jilin Petrochemical Co., and designed by Zhejiang University. The boiler is original in China.The cold model experiment and combustion adjust experiment indicate that the design of the boiler is successful and function as a demonstration for furthering the application of coal-water slurry in petrochemical corporations.In this paper, detailed attention has been paid on the modeling for flow, heat transfer, combustion, radiation, NOx production and some testify are done on theory by experiments.Meanwhile some detailed numerical researches are done on the influence to the aerodynamic field throughout changing magnitude of the primary air and the secondary air, adopting homocentric two tangential circles, tangentially-fired in number one and number three corner face-fired in number two and number four corner, changing the air distribution of the secondary air and the reverse swirl of upper secondary air, Which provide the theoretical basis for boiler design, optimal operation, renovation etc.
