The origin, classification, latest advances, application and development of Fault self-recovery technology was first discussed in this paper.A newly axial displacement fault self-recovery system was proposed with the axial displacement fault which often happens in high-speed rotating fluent machinery . In the system , axial displacement was monitored and the pressure in the balance disk's two sides were adjusted to avoid the fault .To make it applied in industry , axial displacement self-recovery experimental rig was first designed in the lab . By making the infinite element model of rotor system and analyzing the dynamic characteristic on SAMCEF. Multi-disk rotor experimental rig on which auto-balancing research can be made was designed . An experimental rig was designed to simulate the gas turbine in Shi JiaZhuang.On the basis of analysis and calculation, the total experiment rig has six functions such as the research of axial displacement fault self-recovery, dynamics of single-span and multi-span rotor system , coupled shaft set and six-dimension alignment technology , honeycomb...
