| In allusion to open question about study of molecular self-assembling now, a special group of molecular self-assembled model was put forward.Further more, a set of molecular self-assembling system was designed.Through systematic experiments researched, molecular self-assembled layer which can effectively separate metal from external environment, and preparation method were gained.For solving natural film structure defect of molecular self-assembled layer,molecular systematic self-assembled model was put forward,and molecular self-assembling system made up by main body molecular, systematic molecule and assistant was designed according to the model .By means of experiments, molecular self-assembling system composited by the compounds of modified silicone oil, butyl acrylate and carboxylic was gained.The experiments results showed that structure complementation and decrease of film defect were come ture by use of synergisticassembling of different molecules.For solving the problem that it took much more time to superimpose molecular self-assembled layer on another layer and troubles was pulled in,for improving preparation efficiency of self-assembled layer, monomer molecular assembling polymeric model was put forward, molecular self-assembling system made up by main monomer-systematic monomer-assistant was designed,and by means of experiments, molecular self-assembling system composited by the compounds of modified silicone oil n butyl acrylate and cyclohexanone was gained. The experiments results showed that, in the course of forming film, first monomer molecule assembled, then polymerized, through one process complete film was prepared.The experiments showed that molecular self-assembled layer made by modified silicone oil and butyl acrylate both had natural film structure defect, and only had some protection function to carbon steel. Compared with synergism of amine, carboxylic acid, some olefin materials with modified silicone oil, synergism of butyl acrylate with modified silicone oil was more obvious. To the molecular self-assembling of modified silicone oik butyl acrylate and compound of modified silicone oilandbutyl acrylate, auxiliary action of alcohols , benzene , ester , some ketone dissolvants were very small,however promoter action of cyclohexanone was much in evidence.But the mechanism of action was unknown and... |
