In this paper, based on the safety monitoring of tunnel excavation blasting in the Tai'an pumped storage power station project, combined with volume test data, the subject investigated is vibration field, which is caused by tunnel excavation blasting. The main work is:Firstly, the influencing factors of blasting seismic wave's transmission and attenuation are analyzed theoretically; then through regression analysis on the field data by the least square methods, we get the velocity attenuation law. The feature of velocity and acceleration is obtained by using probability statistics methods.Secondly, it is the seismic waves of various frequency and energy that cause the building to damage, so it is necessary step of analysis of its failure mechanism to know the blasting seismic wave's frequency and energy character. In this paper, wavelet theory is used to analyze the field data to get tunnel excavation blasting seismic wave's frequency and energy character. Finally, tunnel blasting is simulated through LS-DYNA dynamical finite element program to get seismic wave's transmission law and its affection on adjacent chambers. At the same time, the velocity field and stress field are obtained to analyze the failure mechanism of building subject to blasting load. At the end, based on the simulative data, the wavelet packet method is used to analyze seismic wave and get its frequency and energy character. Contrasting with field data, some conclusions are obtained.
