The industry of motor has become important part of the vehicle in our country. Improving the quality, assuring the security and shortening the period of design have become the impeding requirement of client and manufacture. The study of longevity and durability about vehicle is the aim at the requirement, which ensured the motor's quality in every step from design to producing. The significance in technique and society is far-reaching.In the help of computer, the estimating approach of the durability have been improved, but the coming out of new model, the adoption of alloy and nonmetal, made the data that come from test is not enough to conclude a compute model, so we must carry much test before finalize the design. So the durability test, which carries out in the laboratory, is very important.Nowadays, the functions of shop test equipment are relatively perfect, such as the international corporation: American MTS and German Scheck. But the price of the equipments is very high. The equipments of road simulation in inland company are mainly imported. In the field of vibration simulation, they can be only carried out the wave or power spectrum simulation; In the field of vibrational degree of freedom, they can be carried out the vibrational of vertical and horizontal direction, but the side-to-side movement in the process of motorcycle running isn't taken into account. The random fatigue test of motorcycle studied in this paper is designed for Qianjiang Group. It can be carried out not only the vibrational of vertical and horizontal direction, but also the side-to-side movement in the process of motorcycle running. So...
