Study On Application Of PCC-AC Compound Pavement In GuangZhou

In 21 century, when Guangzhou is going straight for the goal of the economical and cultural center in south—china region. The government and local construction building chief department increasingly attach importance to effectively combine the city planning, infrastructure building with environmental protection. A distinguishing feature of building up a road construction is PCC—AC compound pavement ,which is comfortable drive, low noise and little dust obtained extensively apply. In connection with the situation that AC layer happens reflection crack easily, thus the author launch the subject of lightening the reflection crack of Guangyuandong road AC layer.The essay analyzed the design of several thickness association of PCC—AC composite pavement by practical calculation way, It reveals the received force regular pattern of PCC—AC compound pavement structure. It obtained more excellent pavement combination structure by analyzing every combination pavement with the theory of value project. The essay proved that who asking for the better combination structure must adequately consider the function of the structure and the total fees spending in the life cycle of the pavement. According to analysis of the influence of the pavement overloaded, it reached a conclusion that the construction design must consider the effect of traffic control such as overload in the condition presently. Base on the construction practice and relative material test result, the author raised the suggestion which should be applied in lightening the reflection crack of Guangyuandong road: the reasonable length of AC layer, the equitable company of PCC-AC, setting up the geotextile, employing heavy traffic SBS improved asphalt concrete, and the originator raised the suggestion of later management of the reflection crack.
