Construction Technology Research On Three-Layer Curved Middle Wall Twin-Arch Tunnel

The curved middle wall twin-arch tunnel is a new structure form which is put forward based on summarization of construction of current twin-arch tunnels. At present, there is a lack of construction technology research on the curved middle wall twin-arch tunnel. Therefore, it is very necessary for us to research and summarize construction technology of the curved middle wall twin-arch tunnel in order to provide experience and reference for further academic study of twin-arch tunnel..The No.4 Madihe the curved middle wall twin-arch tunnel on the sixiao highway in Yunnan province is regarded as the research subject. Firstly, based on field monitoring and measuring and studied results of twin-arch tunnels, construction technology project of the No.4 Madihe tunnel was established renewedly. It is help to draw rein and construct scientificly. Secondly, construction process of tunnel was analyzed and experience and technique was summarized, moreover some profitable skill results also were brought forward in this paper. The paper mainly studies middle wall construction technology of the curved middle wall twin-arch tunnel and analyzed difficulties and emphases during construction. In addition, the wall rock press and the stress of middle wall are preliminary studied in-this paper. Finally, analyzing datum of construction monitoring and measuring of tunnel, summarizing feedback information, and monitoring and measuring construction technology is brought into effect in deed. It is conduce to ensure scientific and secure construction.The paper achieves some new and representational experience and harvest which will offer significant examples and reference values for the similar engineering in the aspect of construction technology of the curved middle wall twin-arch tunnel.
