Along with the development of the economy and society, the railway is a kind of important means to get the fast development and the speed will be exalted quickly. How to analyze and lower the environment voice to the sensitive points' influence has one of important missions of environmental protection workers. Being an important constituent factor in the green railroad, voice is increasingly pay attention to by everyone. The domestic and international railway noise predicted models has been analyzed and find out main environment factors affecting noise. Acccori-ing to analyze the factors, the text will put forward the higher estimated correction model of our country.The models of many countries are analyzed, and the standard Schall03 in German and our country's predicted model are analyzed detailed. The factors of the influence about railway environment noise are various, and the factors about our country are mainly following aspects: the train type, the ma- chine type, length, speed, the wired pattern, the bridge and road junction, the curve bend, the direction characteristic, the distance reducing, the air absorbing, the wall, the building and forest reducing. To compare the factors of the sensitive in above is mainly the factor in outside, the influence of the different environment factors upon noise is very big. The calculation principle in Schall03 will be adopted, dividing the Gom-plicated areas of railway lines into sections, and set up a predicted correction model in keep with our country. These are put forward to adopt formula calculation in the foundation blast-off noise, increase the shoot voice correcting, lower the agony correction item, and carry on the equivalent A noise revising.To compare the mathematics calculation and the actually supervising analyzes currently our railway noise predicted model and Schall03. Aiming at two kinds of different estimating results with the actual results, the correction model will be put forward fitter our country present condition. Further testing and verifying about correction model is to contrast the estimating sensitive spots with the measuring results. The sensitive spots are selected along the Zhegan line as the research objects, and are four groups. The two models are applied to predict and get the results, and two kinds of estimating curves are analyzed different form the actual curves, from curves of consistency the Schall03 estimating curve nears to the actual curve more.The related corrections have been put forward to match our country actual circumstance on foundation about the Schall03 model.
