Seeking automobile substitute clean fuel,and reducing environmentalpollution have been the great subjet for the scientific workers to research andresolve. In order to alleviate a large amount of pollution by the useing vehicles, andto meet the development of social economy, the wide use of liquefied petroleumgas has already become inevitable. In some other countries, the use and scientificresearch of the LPG automobiles are getting better and better, especially singleLPG automobiles are widely-used in U.S.A., Japan, European Union, and LPGautomobiles use new engines and control system of spraying the fuel. Because ourresearches develops relatively backwardly, most LPG vehicles are using the dual-fuel or the double fuel. The use of the original engine, and its unchangablecompression ratio leads to the drop of power of vehicle, the vehicles can't showtheir own advantages. And during the process of shifting from LPG to petrol, andin the course changing from petrol to LPG, emission volume rise,the rotationalspeed and torque have fluctuations.According to the theory of inject the fuel of the engine and the elementsinfluncing the power and the discharge performanc of the engine, this paper regardsgas/ LPG dual-fuel engine as the research object, try to find one kind of fluctuationthat can reduce the engine rotational speed, and reduce the discharge in the courseof switching over of the engine at the same time. To realize this goal, we mustsolve the following problems : 1.The parameters influencing the engine rotationalspeed , torque and discharge, and how to influence; 2.How to obtain the variouskinds of parameters during the course of the switch-over of the engine and thedischarge data; 3.Analysis of the test data.In order to solve these problems,this paper has studied the control principle ofthe engine, and finds the parameters influencing the engine rotational speed, torqueand emission, and design a set of software, which is used for gathering variouskinds of data which switch over the course and storing those data. Analyse the datawith the software of designing, we have got the change characteristic of the powerof the engine and emission in course of switching over, and we also got the bestswitching-over time in different situations when using the petrol to switch over tousing LPG. In this paper the author put forwards the new opinion for the controlwhile switching over of control system of the engine of the dual-fuel. The task thatthis paper finishes is as follows: 1. The reseacher of the paper uses the jet-propelled equipment of the ItalianOMVL Company, packs two-valve engine with automatically controlled gasolineinto the dual-fuel engine of Jetta. The focal point among them is the installation onthe intake manifold of LPG, and the connection between LPG control system andthe electronic control system of the original car. 2. The researcher studies the automatically controlled system of the engine,finds various kinds of signals influncing the power of the engine and discharge.According to these functions of the signals in the engine controlling, the researchercollects several main parameters as the test of signal, and carries on the test. 3. In this paper the researcher designed and developed the collecting systemof the data experiment of the engine. Adopting the A/D data change card of theKANGTUO company, the analog signal from the engine and the power-measuredmachine, will be stored according to the set form signal and datum discharged ofthe engine in real time. 4. To specify the sensor that the engine uses under test and establish therelation between the signal and concrete data. 5. Through using the evenly-design software, the researcher makesregression analysis and gets the influence curve of every factor. 6. To make regression analysis of the engine under diferent situations and getdifferent best findings, and the best switch-over point for thefuel.Analyse.Including attain optimization of burden-free condition, at 860.0...
