| The main problems that how to choose the weights and how to reduce a high order controller in H8 loop shaping design are studied deeply in this paper. First, two kinds of existing methods to select weights are recommended and their characteristics are summarized. The ways to choose weights using the pseudo diagonalization theory, GA and GP are put forward. The robust performance and time and frequency domain index etc.are considered in objective function. So weight functions can be achieved which optimize the controller. This makes design controller in H8 loop shaping intelligentize and systematize.The theory is presented that the high-order controller is approximated with PID.The paper presents the method of training robust controller into fuzzy controller at the same time, and they are applied to the inverted pendulum system, Chaos system and 660MW unit model, the validity of this method is indicated. |
