Research And Application Of Vibrating Monitor And Fault Diagnosis System Of Steam Turboset

In accordance with the current problems of vibrating monitor and fault diagnosis system of steam turboset, the history of this field and current conditions are described. The principles of vibrating monitor and fault diagnosis system, function settings, system hardware and system software are discussed. The systems of "VDMS-2"are applied in 330MW steam turbosets of Shi Zui Shan power plant. The application of the system is detailedly analyzed. It proved that this system has the functions of vibrating monitor, fault diagnosis, packing of data, teletransmission of data and analysis of automatic fault diagnosis. The functions of software are abundant. The stability and credibility of system are good and the system is easy to be operated.
