The paper mainly focuses on quality control of the ignition coil and researches its correlation technology combining with the practical dosing project.Above all, the paper introduces dosing process of automobile ignition coil, and analyses its disfigurement during insulation treatment, and mainly studies its dehiscence phenomenon. At the same time, the paper also establish stress model of ignition coil, and analyses its dehiscence reason, and puts forward the precautionary measures of preventing it from dehiscing. In order to protect ignition coil against dehiscing, the paper introduces two methods for solving the problem, for instance, the rational selection of encapsulation materials and strict control of dosing process etc.In order to accelerating flow capability of encapsulation materials and assuring favorable progress of dosing process, the paper effectively controls temperature of encapsulation materials, which is one of the main process parameters affecting quality control of ignition coil. Being proposed Expert brainpower control scheme is integrated with Bang-Bang control and one nerve cell self-adjusted PID based on expert system, which can make the whole system achieve good control effect. The practice has showed that the brainpower control system is of excellent performance by being connected with the practice working condition of the whole system, and be applied to the similar character process control system.Performance test of ignition coil is a final working procedure on the point of being about to be gone into market, its measuring results is a only scale standard of assuring its quality. Consequently, in order to test accurately performance parameter of ignition coil and establish strict test standard on the point of leaving factory, we sum up a few representative waveform of fault products through a large of test examination. |
