Honeycombed-core two-way hollow floor exhibit not only has excellent service function, but also has well mechanical property under loads. Its stiffness is high and its deflection is small, so it is best suited for large span structures. As a new floor system, Honeycombed-core floor has not studied up to now. In this paper, some mechanical properties of this kind floor system were studied by the experimental research and theoretical analysis. 1.Test of A square honeycombed-core floor with four edges clamed and a square ribbed floor with four edges clamed and with the same dimension have been carried out. The results of experimental research showed that the precast modules played an important function in the floor. The mechanical properties of the floor with the precast modules were more excellent that of the floor without them. For example, its cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity were enhanced, its rigidity was reinforced and the deformation was smaller. 2.According to geometrical property of the floor's section and the influence induced by the adhesive strength between the precast modules and the cast-in-situ concrete was taken into account. The rigidity of the floor was formulated. 3.According to principle of the stiffness are equivalent, honeycombed-core slab was analyzed to solid two-way slab, then the calculate method of the slab's internal fore and deflection was proposed based on the theory of thin rectangular solid elastic. 4.The property of soleplate's nonlinear geometric was taken into account. The allocation of load between the soleplate and other component of the honeycombed-core slab was obtained by using the method of iteration. Then the calculate method of the slab's internal fore and deflection was proposed based on the theory of thin rectangular solid elastic and finite deflection. 5.Based on the test and the study of the combined collapse of beams and slabs, The limiting load of the honeycomb slab supported by four edges clamed was proposed. According to the finite deflection theory, it was assayed qualitatively that the honeycomb floor which was designed base on this theory has large safety reserve.
