So it is very important to strengthen the research on optic-fiber accelerometer. This subject began the work under such a background.The dissertation discusses the principle of interfereometer optic-fiber accelerometer using phase-generated-carrier and the homodyne detection technology in details. The paper analyzes the necessity of digitalization in signal detection system and describes the demodulation scheme that is the demodulation scheme by using MCU and DSP. It' s also discussed how to design hardware blocks and develop sofewares of Dual-CPU. Realization of high speed data transferring between MCU and DSP is of significance. And the simulation is done in matlab. Moreover, it is discussed how to design low-pass filter and digital filter .We have finished the demodulation scheme and made relative test. The specification attains the anticipated goal basically.
