The Study Of Microprocessor-controlled Device Of Ballast Water Treatment

For the sake of the ships safety, ballast water is absolutely necessary. But in the mean while, plenty of non-indigenous species flow with it in the world which threaten the ocean environment seriously. So, it is necessary to take some measures before the ballast water is discharged. According to experiments, it was discovered that the chlorin generated by electrolyzing sea water can kill almost all of the sea species and germs. The result of experiment also express that the chlorination of ship's ballast water is the valid method to kill the non-indigenous species.The design of this system bases on exactly the principle that electrolysis sea water produce chlorin .What is the difference from the former device is that the nuclear of this system is single chip micro-computer(SCM). It can collect, calculate and monitor the outside parameters which makes the output satisfied. The DC electric current put out by the device can be regulated continuously. The device has not the touch point which make work more dependably. What is more, the device also can regulate automatically according to the sea water flux and the consistence of chlorin which not only reduces the labour of worker, but also can increase the result of sea water handles.In this paper , it discussed the design theory of the low-voltage & high power DC power and its application in the electroanalysis device.There are two part in the device:the main circuit and the control circuit. Besides, this paper also introduce hardware and software , including the double anti-star shape circuit main protect circuit synchronization circuit ,trigger circuit parameters-collect circuit and so on in detail. The paper also explained the method of control and the thought of software . In regard to the disturb in this system , the corresponding methods was adopt to avoid it. In the experiment the simulator of E2000/L produced by Nanjing WAVE company and the WAVE of windows were used. After the system was completed,the result of experiment was satisfied.
