In the face of globalization market competition, how to offer the best service to customer, keep developing continuously and maximizing with benefit, have already become the integral tactics that global enterprises have pursued. And the sustainable development of enterprises needs advanced logistics system to manage, support and ensure. The research of distribution system optimization is growing just under this condition.The purpose of SVRP study is to modeled vehicle dispatch of enterprise on reasonable basis, try to get and solve it. The method of this paper is adopting the genetic algorithm to solve this difficult problem on the basis of fully comparing and understanding other methods. In the systematic modeling course, this paper considers the vehicle trval time obeys normal distribution, and it's distribution already known, service time is fixed value, time window of customer establish in advance, vehicle load constrained etc,we get minimum distance from model under condition . Programming though Matlab software and proving the program though an example. The program has carried on an example in many aspects and gain ideal result.Innovation of this paper for SVRP is modification of model against to practice, make the model easier to understand. And using Matlab software solving SVRP for the first timein this area, give rational and excellent result.
